The craftsmanship and materials are second to none. Lee and Ellis are a great team and carried out the work to a very high standard. We are glad that we chose to have a matching handrail on the opposite wall too. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they even put our stair carpet back until we get a new one. Many thanks to Janet for her help at the initial consultation, the office team and particularly to Lee and Ellis for their superb workmanship. It has been a pleasure to do business with such a friendly and efficient company. Huge thanks once again.

We just wanted to say how delighted we are with the new balustrading. It looks superb and has transformed our hall. You have all been very patient in helping us to achieve what we hoped we could achieve – from Colin’s first visit, your survey and through to the final installation. Firstly let me say how absolutely thrilled I am with the work, really, really happy – an amazing transformation which has way exceeded my expectations (and worries!). As for the team, they were so hardworking (a very long and hardworking day), professional and knowledgeable. More importantly, they did really work as a team to the extent that you could use them in Teamwork Videos – they chatted along together, lots of singing, discussing next steps and/or optimal solutions to a problem such that I really enjoyed having them here & listening to their banter and chat. All in all, a very positive experience.
