Good Morning, Please pass on our thanks to all concerned in the fitting of our new staircase, which was completed on Tuesday of this week. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out. We had an old dark wood, open tread staircase and it has been replaced with an oak and glass one. It has completely transformed our hallway. The work carried out is of the highest quality and it was a pleasure to have Mike and his team in our home working. The disruption was kept to a minimum and we would have no hesitation in recommending your company – in fact we have already done so! Thank you once again.

Many thanks for my beautiful new staircase. The boys who installed it were terrific, courteous, efficient, clean and tidy. I now need to repaint the stairwell because it looks tatty, the boys were incredibly efficient at leaving the paintwork and plasterwork looking as if they hadn’t been touched. Then I’ll get a new carpet put down and send you a photo of the finished product!

I’m really pleased with it and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a new staircase.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the job that Lee and Mark have done over the past three days. They have both been friendly, polite and courteous.  They always had a smile on their faces, even when it was pouring with rain for 2 solid days.  Their workmanship is amazing, and I have never known any tradesmen to work and hard and as quickly as them.  Literally from the moment they walked in the door on Monday to when they left this evening, they haven’t stopped working.  Everyone I have met or spoken to, or e-mailed within your company, have been a pleasure to deal with.

It looks fantastic. We are so pleased with it and it was worth every penny! From start to finish it has been a pleasure dealing with Abbott-Wade. We would both like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Abbott-Wade. From first point of contact to the guys leaving our home after completing our installation it has been nothing but pleasurable.

It was so pleasing to deal with a company that makes appointments and keeps them. Nothing was ever too much trouble. You always got back in touch with us when we needed to speak and your staircases are amazing. It is so pleasing in this day and age to deal with a company that is outstanding from start to finish.
