Your fitters Lee & Simon made a terrific job of removing the existing rickety old staircase and installing a very smart new one. They worked very professionally and were extremely conscious of covering and protecting our oak flooring maintaining a high standard of keeping on top of any residue from their work.

I’m not sure what I did to deserve the “A Star” installation team. Charles and Ellis were polite, professional and completed the job before schedule. The finished result looks good and I’m sure that once the area has been decorated and the new carpet down. I will use the word ‘Amazing’.

I am writing this email to thank Abbott-Wade for a perfect service throughout from the detailed design of your salesman, the surveyor, and through to the excellent fitters Joe and Tom who took extreme care throughout the installation with a great eye to detail.
