The Norwood family decided to revamp their stairs utilising Abbott-Wade’s bespoke design service. They opted for Sleek-Twist spindles spaced with our black wrought-iron effect spindles to great effect.

Why a new staircase?
We just wanted to go a little more upmarket, moving away from soft wood and hopefully lifting the hallway.
Inspiration:
We saw one of you adverts while reading a paper lying on a sun bed on holiday. I don’t normally buy or read papers at home so it was sheer luck.
Decision making process:
Price was a big factor, but also the fitters being employed by the company, not requiring complete payment until completion, demonstrated to me that you have a lot of confidence in what you do. We also felt very comfortable with the way in which Peter made his pitch, he was very genuine.
End Result:
We like the look of the end product, I am sure it will look even better once we have re-decorated.
