This a tale of disappointment turning to delight and involves a lovely lady from Buckinghamshire. After paying her deposit to another leading staircase company following their sales visit, Mrs Paxton was disappointed when her deposit was returned and she was told that they would being unable to complete her installation. She would only become a happy customer once she had contacted Abbott-Wade.
Naturally she turned to Abbott-Wade as, with almost 20 years in the business, there is very little we can’t tackle. Following a meeting with David from our design team to discuss what she was looking for, Mrs Paxton was so excited about her visit from Abbott-Wade that she wouldn’t allow photographs of her new kitchen to be taken until her Abbott-Wade installation was complete. Her only disappointment was that the work was completed in just one visit while she was out of the home meaning that she could not personally thank Lee and his team who came to complete the work.
“I am absolutely delighted – in fact I am ‘over the moon’ with my new staircase,” said the happy customer. “The workmanship is of a very standard and from start to finish the customer service was fantastic. Don’t go anywhere else – Abbott-Wade will not disappoint!”
