Our staircase refurbishment was completed on 17^th October by your installation team of Tom and Mike. They arrived promptly both days and worked efficiently and with great care. They were very friendly, explaining to us what they were doing at each stage of the work and each time there was query or option about how to continue, they always checked with us beforehand to ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. They were very tidy workers and cleared up at the end of each day, and they are a credit to your company. We are very satisfied with the whole process of getting our new stairway, from our initial meeting with you, through the survey to the final installation. The new stairway greatly enhances the hallway and landing and we are very happy with the completed work.
